Marr were the winners of the Brunton Cup yesterday after they overcame Musselburgh in the final as Sevens returned to Stoneyhill for the first time in three years.
In a close game where the score at half time was all square at 7-7, Marr won the game with the last kick of the match from a conversion under the posts to take the Brunton Cup back to Fullerton.
In our youth match for the Calum Veitch Memorial Trophy, Haddington beat Musselburgh in another very close and competitive match.
There were two awards for players of the tournament. The Musselburgh Player of the Tournament was Tom Foley while the Player of the Tournament was awarded to Marr's Scott Bickerstaff.
We thank everyone for attending on the day and we look forward to welcoming you all back to Stoneyhill soon.
