To lead and coordinate all fundraising and grant application activity across the club, securing sustainable income streams to support rugby development, facilities, and community programmes.
To manage and develop the club’s 200 Club, ensuring effective administration, accurate financial tracking, and growth in membership to generate sustainable income for the club.
To develop, secure, and manage sponsorship and commercial partnerships that generate sustainable income for the club, supporting rugby delivery across adult (men’s & women’s), youth, mini, and community programmes.
To act as the primary link between the club and match officials, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and support for all referees and assistant referees involved in club fixtures.
To provide essential organisational and administrative support to a specific team or age group, working closely with the Age-Grade Lead Coach to ensure the smooth running of all rugby and non-rugby activities.

To design, coordinate, and oversee all key player transition stages within the club pathway—specifically:

Entry into Mini Rugby (U6–U12)

Mini → Youth transition (U12 → U13)

Youth → Adult rugby transition (U18 → senior teams)
To plan, coordinate, and deliver a programme of social events that enhances the club’s community, strengthens relationships across all sections, and contributes to club income.
The Convenor will act as a key point of coordination across all areas of the girls’ and women’s
rugby section, ensuring players, parents, volunteers and club oJicials work collaboratively to
deliver a positive and progressive rugby experience.
