As indicated in the MRFC ‘News on the Hill’ April Newsletter, Musselburgh Rugby Football Club’s Annual General Meeting will go ahead on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 at 19.30.
However, in line with the current Scottish Government guidelines on social distancing and events, and after careful consideration, we have decided to hold the AGM ‘virtually’ using Zoom’s video webinar platform.
We very much appreciate that ‘virtual’ meetings may be new to some, but we will do our best to ensure the process to pre-register and participate is made as simple as possible.
Members who wish to participate in the virtual AGM are required to pre-register in order to receive a secure link to join the virtual AGM. Please email the Secretary at musselburghrfc.secretary@btinternet.com to obtain the video conference details. Please also email Janet if you would like to tender apologies.
Once you have registered to participate in the virtual AGM, you will be emailed the Zoom meeting ID and Password to enable you to login on the 3rd June. We will also provide a brief users guide to assist members.
Documents relating to the AGM e.g. financial accounts, will soon be released at www.musselburghrfc.com/agm-2020. Members will be issued the password in a separate email or letter to access the page.
