Be Here For The Burgh in 2023/24 as Memberships have opened for the club's fifth consecutive season in the top flight.

Current membership for season 2022/23 expires on 31 August 2023, with the new membership year commencing on 1 September 2023.  All membership swipe cards will be marked as inactive from 1 September if renewal payment / 1st standing order payment has not been received.

If you are a member in Season 2022/23 and did not receive your membership card and membership number, please email and we can look into this for you.

If you are a member in Season 2022/23 but have lost your membership card, please email and we can arrange a replacement if you are renewing.


Renewing your membership (or taking out a new membership) 


The membership year for Musselburgh RFC runs from 1 September 2023 – 31 August 2024.  Please see the PDF for membership fee details and benefits
All correspondence should be by email, and all payments should be made by electronic bank transfer / standing order.  If this causes you an issue please email and we can look to make alternative arrangements.
Please email with the following information

1. Your name and address, and membership type.

2. Membership number (if existing member - you can find this on the back of your MRFC Membership swipe card).

3. Set up a payment for the appropriate membership fee listed below to be received by the Club before 31 August 2023. 
     Please make payments to sort code 801768 account 00224261 using reference ‘YOURSURNAME2023MEMB’ or your four digit membership number.

     Please ensure you use the correct payment reference so we can match your payment to your membership, and advise the reference in your email.

4. If you would like to take advantage of our Standing Order option to pay your membership over 12 months, please ensure your 1st payment is received before 31 August 2023 followed by 11 monthly payments. 
If you already have a Standing Order in place – THANK YOU – and there is no need to do anything further.

5. Cash, Cheque, Credit Card payments - We can accept these methods of payment at the clubhouse so please advise on email if this is how you are making payment so we can liaise with the bar.

6. Patron & Life Members – no action required, your membership rolls on and your membership card remains active.

If you have chosen not to renew your membership for any reason, please email us to advise and return your membership card to the club.  We would be very sorry to see you go.


Existing members
You will have been issued with an electronic swipe card which showed your 4 digit membership number.  This will be re-activated once you renew.
You will be given a season 23/24 white sticker to apply to your membership card which will confirm your new membership is active, and allow you discounted entry to our home games as well as 10% bar discount.  This will be available to collect from the club when you renew.
All membership cards where membership is not renewed by 31 August 2023 will be deactivated. 
New Members
You will be issued with a new electronic swipe card and 2023/24 membership sticker when payment / 1st SO is received.  You will be advised when this is ready to be collected from the club (usually within 7 days). Your card can be used to gain an immediate 10% discount at the bar, and discounted game entry.  


We have a membership sign-up station at our annual Rugby Force day we are holding at Stoneyhill on Saturday 19th August.  Come along and get signed up, and we’ll be happy to answer any membership or club questions which you have.
