Remembering Ross Jamieson

Musselburgh RFC is deeply saddened and shocked to hear of the passing of Life Member Ross Jamieson. Ross passed away peacefully on Thursday 12 February surrounded by his family. He was 79. 

Following long family connections, Ross was a passionate supporter of the club throughout his lifetime both as a player and an administrator. He was a hugely popular figure around the clubhouse, quiet and unassuming but with a great sense of humour; a true gentleman. He will be very sadly missed but always very fondly remembered by all at the club.

Ross's funeral will take place on Friday 27th February at 1pm at the East Lothian Crematorium, via Musselburgh Golf Club at Monktonhall at 12:45pm, followed thereafter at Musselburgh Rugby Club from 2pm.
