Musselburgh RFC are delighted to confirm we will now be opening our outdoor bar area for members to book as of today.
You will need your membership number to make the booking, and can find this on the back of your membership card, or by emailing membership@musselburghrfc.club. While bookings are only available to current members (season 19/20), membership can also be taken out for Season 20/21 which will be effective immediately and give access to booking. Current members should ensure renewal by 31 August to ensure continued access. Membership number as shown on your membership card is required to make a valid booking. Membership information can be found on the website www.musselburghrfc.com or email membership@musselburghrfc.club. Bookings are restricted to 3 hour slots, limited to 1 slot per member subject to availability. Booking requires membership number, contact phone number and email address. Booking contact details will be held for the required period of 21 days for trace and protect purposes. Last orders should be obtained no later than 30 minutes before end of slot time, giving guests time to drink up as they must vacate their table at end of slot to allow to allow for cleaning before next session. Bookings are open to Members only + up to 3 guests. Entrance via car park where a Club Host will be on hand to direct you and provide guidelines.
All bookings must wait to be seated and present tickets on arrival.
Facilities
A one-way queuing system will be in place for bar orders and drinks pick up - entry through Fire Exit at function hall.
A one-in-one-out access to toilet facilities will be in place - access through main club hallway.
Other “housekeeping” Access to the pitch is prohibited Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Contactless payments only, no cash accepted on the day Please take note of signage and information displayed throughout the Club and outdoor area and adhere to social distancing and safety guidance at all times. We are all in this together, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Stoneyhill!
