Players Recognised At Annual Club Dinner

The 2024/25 Club Dinner took place last night with players being celebrated over the season, including our Women's team for the first time ever.

Captains Rory Watt, Lewis Knight and Lara McLean sat at our top table with President Blair Stewart, guest speaker and former Scotland International Peter Wright and Scottish Rugby President Keith Wallace as the night paid tribute to the players over the season.

Jack Rule won both the Bill Stewart Trophy for Men's Player of the Year and the Men's Player's Player of the Year Award after a successful debut season in the Burgh. Jason Talac received the Young Player of The Year, also in his first senior year with the club, with Bruce Weatherhead picking up the Breakthrough Player of The Year prize after an impressive second half of the season making his debut and retaining a solid place in the 1XV.
